Ashley C. - A great business savy manager knows his clientel, an only opens when his services are actually required. He takes care of his employees, their family and the community that he is involved in. I can tell you, you will get a better service by someone who does so than one who works them to the bone. I have enjoyed my weekends off to mentor the youth of your comunity so that they are not hoodlums causing chaos. I guess, depends on how you look at things. Just my view.

I quite like this business for my car service and repair....generally i do my own, but for those times when I'm feeling lazy (more and more often! ) i stop in to see Craig, and he keeps my elderly Subaru mobile for me. And he does it with a smile without me having to remortgage my house, or sell a minor organ, to pay the bill.

Excellent service! I was able to drive right in and have them take a peek at my car. They took care of everything, emailed my receipt for my records and put me on a system that reminds me of my oil changes and check ups. Would definitely recommend. Top notch service, high tech diagnostic equipment and very knowledgeable staff. Not to mention it is a local family owned business that is involved in our community and is willing to be there when you need them.

My truck is serviced exclusively at Roberts - yes only Monday to Friday during the day. You know why? Because on the weekday evenings and on weekends Craig and his family volunteer with community organizations like Candlelighters, Cadets and Scouts etc. His family actually contributes to the quality time I get to spend with mine.... so my oil get changed in the morning big deal. Roberts is fair and I trust their work and advice.

Craig and staff provide good service and will always try to accommodate you. I prefer a mechanic who knows me, my truck and my family. Really...no weekend hours? Try leaving your car there on a weekday and get Craig to drop you off at work. or... try a large shop that doesn't really care about anything else but making money!
