Had a problem with my truck, they booked me an appointment the same day, put my truck on a hoist had 2 guys on it, found the problem, Mcguyvered the fix so I could drive away and told me to bring it back to the dealer for FREE. Ya the problem wasn’t fixed but they lined me to what to do and now it will get fix next week for FREE again this time by the dealer. I have been going to Roberts to have my tires changed in the Spring and the Fall for a few years now.I always deal with Derek at the front desk but have also, met the men in the auto shop.Derek has always been very congenial, professional, and thorough....as have the men in the auto shop.I am a senior and I also get senior rates which is excellent to have.I would recommend Roberts 100%.
