It’s been a long 9 months that we have been dealing with a global pandemic – and we know just how much it’s affecting everyone. We want update you on our reaction to COVID-19 and reassure you that we are following safety protocols and guidelines as set out by public health to keep not only you, our customers, but our employees and their families safe as well.
When you come to visit, you’ll find Derek at the front desk wearing his mask and the waiting room chairs are separated. Extra efforts have been taken to sanitize all surfaces and we have hand sanitizer available for use. Our technicians wear gloves inside your vehicle and all touch points are sanitized before it’s returned to you. You’ll also find seat covers and floor mats are used as extra protection and removed before you get back in your vehicle.

- Sanitation and PPE use

As a family business, we’ve definitely felt the effects the pandemic has had on our bottom line. We were fortunate to be able to keep the business open as an essential service and our technicians working, despite the economic climate. We’re striving to offer our customers discounts and promotions on our services to assist financially and to help keep everyone’s vehicles safe on the road. We feel and understand the struggles this pandemic has brought about.
