We’re Finalists for the Service Business Excellence Award
We got some news we’re still smiling about. Roberts Complete Auto Care is a Barrie Business Awards finalist for the Service Business Excellence Award at the 2026 Barrie Business Awards.
The awards celebrate Barrie businesses, and this year the Barrie Chamber of Commerce is also marking its 100th anniversary. We’re proud to be part of that. We’re also happy to share the category with Bliss Beneath and The Hound Lounge, two local businesses we respect. Congratulations to both of them, and to every finalist across every category.
Whatever happens at the gala on October 23, this already means a lot to us. Awards like this look at how a business treats people, and that’s what we care about most. Our team is Derek, Marc, Andrew, and Liam, and every one of them shows up each day with the same goal. Tell customers the truth. Explain things clearly. Never sell anyone something they don’t need.
That’s how my dad, Doug Roberts, built this shop. He believed there are enough vehicles in Barrie to keep every good, honest mechanic busy. He never saw other shops as the enemy, and neither do we. We just want to be the place you can walk into with a nervous feeling and walk out knowing exactly what’s going on with your car.
Our customers make that possible. You ask questions, you trust us with one of the biggest purchases you’ll ever make, and you tell your family and friends about us. We hear you in the shop and in your reviews, and it’s the best part of our job. Some of you have told us how relieved you felt to be treated with respect. We think about that often.
So thank you. To our team, for living this every day. To our customers, for choosing us. And to whoever took the time to nominate us, we’re grateful.
If you need an oil change, a brake check, or just an honest second opinion, we’d love to see you. You can book through our contact page or call us at 705-719-1207.
See you at the shop.
Shelley, on behalf of the whole RCAC team
